Use instructions: To use, firmly pull the two ends together at the waist and begin fastening from the bottom to the top. Note: the cotton is supposed to be in touch with your skin, not the rubber. Also, the correct orientation of the product is with the hook and eyes in the front of your body. Important: Due to Squeem’s signature compression, begin wearing our products gradually, in particular, if you have never worn shapewear before. Wear it for one hour the first day, two hours the second day, etc. When you get used to it, you won’t want to take it off
