HD Liquid Powder Shine Eliminator, great for High Definition makeup! To help cut down on shine, apply before your makeup, whether using our HD Powder makeup or airbrush makeup, using a pea sized drop applying with “Cover It” brush using light strokes. To matte shine once your makeup is on, blot your face with tissue to remove access oil/sweat then apply with very light upward strokes being careful not to disturb applied makeup. This is TERRIFIC for bald heads, around hair line and nose area which are your highest shine areas. Follow with HD Touch Up Powder applied with the “Cotton Tail” brush for ulti-matte anti-shine on all skin types!
